Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |
Shipping And Handling Delivery prices (including insurance) are as follows: UK Standard Free of charge UK Express (next working day) £5.95 (incl. VAT) Ex-UK standard charge £5.00 (excl. VAT) Prices are subject to the notes below. The standard delivery charge for orders delivered outside the UK will apply to most such orders. If the actual cost of shipping plus insurance is significantly higher we reserve the right to charge the actual cost but we will email you for confirmation before charging your card. Guarantee We want you to really enjoy your purchases from us. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it to us for a refund or credit. Returns must reach us within 28 days after you received them and should be in the original packaging with nothing missing and no wear or damage.
All our products carry a manufacturer's warranty of at least one year unless otherwise stated in the product description on the web page. If you experience any problem within the warranty period with anything you purchased from us please email us and we will send you instructions for returning the item for refund or replacement.
Consumable components such as batteries will not normally be covered by any guarantee or warranty.

Returns Policy If you wish to return an item please email or call us first for instructions.
Faulty goods, or goods that fail during the warranty period, will be replaced or a full refund made.
Goods returned for other reasons (e.g. you changed your mind) must be returned for refund within 28 days in perfect condition and in the intact orginal packaging. Postage and packing will be refunded only if goods returned are faulty. For items orginally supplied free of postage an amount of £5.95 will be charged unless returned goods are faulty.
You are responsible for ensuring that any returned goods reach us in good condition. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all items and using an insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery for items valued over £25.
